Ebb to Keep?

I bought the Ebb to Street pants on eBay for only $40, so I was very excited to try them out! I still have the tags on them, as I'm not sure. The light color is so pretty, but it also doesn't really hide anything, but for $40 are they worth having? I would just wear them for everyday life, as I need a tighter fit in the waist for anything super active. Hmmm...... What to do.
