So last year I fell in love with the brightest pink ever. Paris pink, to be exact. And it was a bleeder. Not so much the heathered version, but solid Luon was a hot mess. So, after all of the bleeding, returns being denied then accepted, and a quite a few new varieties of pink in Lululand, all things Paris Pink are selling for BANK on eBay. As in, $240 for a $120 jacket.
That being said, I scored a define on eBay for $85! Amazing! And I love it. Here's hoping it doesn't bleed all over me.
umm...LOVE! 100% love and agree with you keeping it!
ReplyDeleteI never had any trouble with my Paris Pink items bleeding, and I own a fair amount of it. In fact, I've amazingly never experienced any color bleeding issues. I wash items in cold with a little bit of white vinegar. I also wash everything with Shout color catchers.
ReplyDeleteMe too, no bleeding ever. No special treatment either.
ReplyDeleteYou ladies are lucky! I had a solid Paris pink bra that turned my baby's face pink after he laid his head on me! I also had a Pure Balance hoodie that dripped pink when it dried for 10 washings. I always wash cold with a cold wash detergent and hang dry. There are lots of lulu bleed out horror stories out there from last year, so count yourselves lucky that you got a good batch. My lovely local store was happy to exchange all of my times that bled, and I am very glad about that. I don't like to have to get all worked up about quality control!
ReplyDeleteI purchased a second hand heathered paris pink define that had been only worn once and never washed. I just washed it and it did bleed. I had a dye absorbing sheet in with it, which was pink when I took it out. Hopefully each time it will bleed a little less.
ReplyDeleteAre there different versions of Paris Pink define? I notice the big lulu logo in the front some are solid and sime are heathered?
